At last I have successfully posted a PhotoStory - 'Digital Storytelling as Artefact'. For some reason I could not upload the PhotoStory to YouTube. In the end I transferred it into Windows Movie Maker and that worked. Some things I learnt - 1. select the original photo from Flickr not the front image. Reason - pixilation in the final product - as you will see. (But I'm not doing it again!) 2. Write the story first 3. Look for the images next - that is time consuming and you usually collect more than you need 4. I still don't like using video but I am very happy with arranging still shots onto a storyboard
Hi Cecily and Kerrie,
I've just got back into here. Thanks for the messages. I have been following Oz Projects via emails but haven't picked any up as of yet. There are so many things happening. My eTeacher event 'Meet an Apple Orchardist' went well with remote technology connecting an orchardist in Coro Valley with people at Woodcroft, Pt Lincoln and Auburn. Just 2 laptops in the field and Next G cards. Amazing! My next eTeacher event is 'Starstruck' - where we are making plans to connect with an astronomer as we study the stars and consellations.
Hi Velma. Great to see you on me.edu.au. Did you know OzProjects are now based in Moodle. The address is

Let me know if you are interested in any of the projects and I can help you get started if you would like me to. Hope your e teacher role is going well. What events do you have planned?
Good to see you here Velma. Found you amongst the "old faithfuls" in the CEGSA community. Hope we can swell the ranks there a bit
