I came accross this article last week which I found quite interesting in terms of it's impact on m-Learning as it appears to allow students to access things such as LMS on the mobile unmetered. http://www.computerworld.com.au/index.php/id;1902496798;fp;;fpid;;pf;1 The unfortunate thing is that this is only limited to one particular university and one provider only. I'd be interested to hear if there is any other institutions that are going down that track. How about a general unmetering for 'edu.au' ???
